The economy is changing rapidly, and the pace of change is only set to accelerate. We see this in emerging technologies and their impact on every part of our lives. Talent is key to our country’s economic success, the prosperity of our communities, and the ability for our companies to remain competitive. We will compete as a nation for talent and our current talent development systems are not fit for purpose.

The future is unknown, but what we do know is that we need new thought leadership, new policies, and innovation in our systems of education and training to meet the needs of our country and our job creators — and importantly, to better serve learners and workers. This year’s event will align with our new Foundation strategy to focus on identifying the biggest workforce issues, while finding cutting-edge and long-term solutions for good. It will address the challenges that we’re already working with the employer community to solve, such as the impact of artificial intelligence (AI) on jobs and how to align education and training to ensure opportunity and economic mobility.

Meet us in the newly designed Great Hall - where historical meets state-of-the art, innovative, and cutting-edge collaboration. Our Great Hall is the heartbeat of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Foundation programs, designed to be technologically adaptive to business or programming needs in a hybrid world of in-person and virtual convenings.
